Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and in a team; handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a warm, friendly interaction at all service touchpoints.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Produce handcrafted beverages and foods to recipe specifications.
• Follow all food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness.
• Support store operations, including cash handling and POS transactions as needed.
