Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a welcoming, high-quality guest experience on the sales floor. You’ll prepare beverages and food to recipes, greet guests, and assist with questions throughout your shift.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, work well in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to varying hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to help you learn the Target Starbucks standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Support Drive Up and pickup orders as needed.
