Qualifikationen

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Deliver handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety guidelines and temperature monitoring as outlined.
• Support Drive Up and OPU processes and maintain inventory and signing.
• Keep the store clean, organized and safe for guests and teammates.
