Job summary

Target is looking for a Starbucks Barista in Fresno, CA to deliver friendly, efficient guest service and crafted beverages. You will support teammates, manage multiple tasks, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers at the point of sale.

• Operate Drive Up and other service channels with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, inviting Starbucks space and adhere to store procedures.
