Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista in Bakersfield to deliver a welcoming guest experience, craft beverages and food to spec, and maintain food safety standards. You will assist with Drive Up, OPU, and in-store duties while supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, flexible, and able to handle varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with a focus on excellent guest service and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting guests and delivering on commitments.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specs.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards and manage temperature-sensitive items.
• Assist with Drive Up and Order Pickup (OPU) processes to fulfill digital orders accurately.
• Maintain an inviting dining area and stock/sign products as needed.
• Support teammates and adapt to guest needs while staying compliant with policies.
