Job summary

Guardian Distributors of So Cal is seeking a Sales Representative in Los Angeles County to grow volume and distribution of Guardian beers across the territory. You will identify opportunities, motivate distributor teams, and build strong relationships with key accounts including bars and retailers.

The role emphasizes craft beer knowledge, customer service excellence, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to achieve targets while representing the Guardian brand at tastings and events.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in on and off premise segment a plus.
• Knowledge of craft beer styles and current trends.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume and distribution of Guardian beers in the territory.
• Identify new opportunities, activate selling, and motivate distributor sales teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management, retail staff, and bartenders in key accounts.
• Execute sell-through and merchandising initiatives for retail accounts.
• Represent Guardian at tastings, tap events and conferences.
• Set up and conduct staff training and ride-alongs with supplier reps.
