Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and welcome them to Ballast Point.
• Share details about beer and food offerings and make recommendations.
• Follow service steps to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Verify identification and responsibly serve alcohol.
• Keep bar, dining areas, and restrooms clean and sanitary.
• Operate the POS system (Aloha) for sales.
• Collaborate with team to drive process and service improvements.
