Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hospitality and 1+ year in craft beer, with the ability to work 3–5 shifts weekly, including evenings and weekends. Base wage is $18.31/hour plus tips, with opportunities across our Bay Area locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
• Build authentic relationships with guests and listen to preferences.
• Provide thoughtful beer recommendations and educate guests about HenHouse beers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced taproom.
• Open/close duties and bar setup, breakdown, and sanitation.
• Accurate use of the point-of-sale system and product restocking.
