Qualifications

• 1+ year multi‑unit management experience.
• Deep connection and understanding of the local Sonoma / Marin market.
• Experience in the beer, bar, or restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and beverage ordering across multiple locations.
• Enforce employee performance expectations and maintain compliance.
• Develop and promote a positive work environment focused on customer service.

Skills

Depth of knowledge within the general craft beer industry

Passion for local craft beer

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Education

5+ years in the beer, bar, or restaurant industry

3+ years experience as G.M. or equivalent
