Job summary
La Vida Hospitality Group in Raleigh is seeking a confident Bartender to join Crooked Hammock Brewery’s new location. You will guide guests through our beer and cocktail offerings, deliver engaging service, and help create an energetic bar experience that reflects the brand.
The role requires knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, strong guest service, and the ability to work standing for long shifts. Compensation includes a base wage of $2.13/hour plus tips and attractive employee perks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Advanced knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
- Ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
- Stand for long periods (up to 6 hours).
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Be a guest recognition expert and know our regulars by name.
- Be quick, attentive, approachable, and fun with everyone.
- Know everything about our craft beer and signature drinks.
- Enter orders in our point-of-sale system quickly and accurately.
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean bar and environment.
- Promote events and other service times.
- Prepare drinks and garnishes according to recipes.
