Job summary

SanTan Brewing Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a friendly Server/Bartender to join our fast-paced team. You’ll report to the General Manager and Operations Manager, work a variety of shifts from day to late evening, including weekends, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our brewery and restaurant.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and teamwork, a can-do attitude, and a passion for craft beer.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset and hospitality orientation.
• Experience in server/bartender roles preferred, especially in family-style venues.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for craft beer and guest experience is a plus.
