Boston Beer Company is hiring a Brewery Representative for Western Connecticut, aiming to expand our brand presence across Fairfield County. The role focuses on developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships through consultative sales and in-store execution.

The ideal candidate lives in Fairfield County, has 1+ year outside sales experience, owns a valid driver’s license, and can travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven results in outside sales or within food & beverage.
• Competitive, assertive personality with drive to win accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle to visit accounts.
• Ability to lift/move cases of beer and rearrange displays as needed.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Sell the BBC product portfolio across Western Connecticut.
• Drive new account acquisition and grow existing accounts in bars, restaurants, and retailers.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure orders, deliveries, and growth.
• Demonstrate products through tastings and promotions to drive demand.
• Maintain displays, reset coolers, and optimize POS visibility.
