Job summary

Monster Brewing Company in Houston seeks a Part Time Street Team Representative to expand retail presence, stock displays, and drive sales on your assigned route. You will visit stores, install materials, and ensure programs run on schedule while using your own vehicle with reimbursement.

You will build relationships with store managers, energize displays, maximize chilled placements, manage POS materials, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred)
• Must have a clean driving record; 21+ years old (insurable)

Responsibilities

• Create strong, route-level relationships with store managers.
• Amp Up merchandising with eye-catching displays and proper placement.
• Take up cold space by maximizing chilled placement across all accounts.
• Strategic POS management: place materials inside and outside accounts.
• Preserve company assets by maintaining program materials and assets.
• Stay on time and on brand by following shift schedules and attire guidelines.
• Demonstrate professional communication with customers and team members.
