Monster Brewing is seeking a Street Team Representative in Seattle to drive sales and expand our retail presence. You will visit stores, merchandise displays, and install selling materials while using your own vehicle for daily travel and receiving auto-use reimbursement.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, maximizing shelf space, and maintaining brand standards. A minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing work is preferred, with a valid driver license and 21+

Responsibilities

• Build route-level relationships with store managers.
• Amp up merchandising and displays in cold vaults and coolers.
• Maximize chilled placement and shelf space.
• Manage POS materials inside and outside accounts.
• Preserve program materials and assets.
• Stay on time and on brand with shift schedule.
• Engage professionally with customers and team members.
