Job summary

Monster Brewing is seeking a Street Team Representative in Houston, TX to drive sales distribution along retail routes and ensure on-brand execution across stores.

You will build relationships with store managers, energize product displays, maximize cold storage, and manage point-of-sale materials to boost brand visibility on every visit. The role requires a flexible schedule and frequent store visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer facing role.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Expand presence in retail outlets and drive distribution goals.
• Merchandise displays and install selling materials.
• Build route-level relationships with store managers.
• Manage POS materials and ensure brand visibility.
• Maintain program assets and brand standards on schedule.
• Occasionally lift 10–25 pounds and travel across assigned territory.
