Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal alcohol laws.
• Reliable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to Ugly Dumpling's dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending and moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
