Job summary

Ugly Dumpling is seeking a Bartender to deliver a high-quality bar experience. You will craft cocktails, beer, wine, bubble tea and non-alcoholic drinks while engaging guests and promoting the Ugly Dumpling brand.

Responsibilities include recommending drinks, maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar, handling cash and POS transactions, and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible service practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver an outstanding bar experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, bubble tea and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately mix and prepare drinks per Ugly Dumpling recipes and standards.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and assist with inventory as needed.
• Operate cash, POS transactions, and closing procedures accurately.
