Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests and take accurate drink orders.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous manner and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes.
• Maintain bar setup and stock beverages and supplies.
• Receive cash, verify charges, balance cash drops, and issue vouchers.
• Take room service orders and input into the POS/register.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Assist other Beverage personnel when needed.
