The candidate should have prior bartending experience or equivalent training, with a preference for TIPS certification and a Food Sanitation certificate within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take and serve orders at tables in bar/lounge when applicable.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete required side work before shift ends.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
