Job summary

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is seeking Bartenders to join our scratch kitchen restaurant. Our bartenders are core team members who deliver an individualized, exceptional guest experience and demonstrate customer service expertise.

You will craft and serve cocktails, operate bar equipment, assist with inventories, and collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need. Must meet state minimum age for alcohol service; maintain safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain, where applicable.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
