Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Ohio is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards and greet guests with energy, connection, and care.

You’ll guide guests through menu offerings, manage orders at the bar, support To-Go service, keep a clean Firebar area, and help deliver attentive hospitality. We offer flexible schedules, extensive training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend/kneel as needed.
• Guest-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
