Job summary

Miller’s Ale House is seeking a Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will greet guests, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure bar operations meet company standards and state requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in cash handling, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences. Ideal candidates are 18+ and bring strong communication skills, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for delivering great hospitality in a lively sports-bar

Qualifications

Greets Guests with a warm and friendly manner and acknowledges everyone within 5 feet with a smile.
Provides highest level of service by adhering to service standards.
Follows steps of service as defined in training materials.
Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with state requirements.
Maintains a neat and organized bar area.
Notifies management of issues including long ticket times.

Responsibilities
