HHM Hotels in Pleasanton is seeking a skilled Bartender to serve beverages and/or food with warmth and timeliness, aiming for guest satisfaction.

You will maintain a clean bar, verify IDs, prepare and serve drinks, handle guest checks and payments, and follow safety and sustainability guidelines.

If you have prior bartending or mixology experience, TIPS certification is a plus, and a Food Sanitation certificate is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior bartending or mixology experience.
• TIPS certification is a plus.
• Food Sanitation certificate is a plus and due within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food items.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Take beverage orders, serve and clear table/bar area.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Follow safety, MSDS, OSHA guidelines and sustainability practices.
