Responsibilities

• Informing customers about beverages, specials, and menu items.
• Responding to questions about drinks, making recommendations, upselling when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve beverages, check IDs for alcohol, ensure proper service.
• Handle transactions, balance cash and return correct change, manage POS entries.
• Assist with inventory and stocking to keep bar and tables ready.
• Educate teammates on bar vocabulary and maintain safety standards.
