Qualifications

• Welcoming customers and determining beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking orders.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer questions and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per Fogo de Chão recipes and guidelines.
• Handle multiple tables, process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Educate co-workers on bar vocabulary and beverage options.
