Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar.
• Greet guests and provide superior service throughout shift.
• Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items and daily specials.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes and maintain consistency.
• Know wine list, stemware, and garnishes; follow liquor policies.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle cash accurately.
• Be familiar with property amenities and other restaurants.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and station setup/breakdown.
