Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers) and keep a clean, organized workspace.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, loves the science and artistry of baking, and takes pride in producing high-quality products that reflect our commitment to excellence. From mixing doughs and laminating pastries to overseeing proofing, baking, and packaging, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that NAB’s products meet the highest standards every day.You’ll work closely with our pastry and production team to execute daily production schedules, maintain consistency, and help evolve our menu as we grow.
