Job summary

The Tepa Companies seek a Project Manager to support our Tinker AFB office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The PM will oversee cradle-to-grave construction projects and may supervise project coordinators to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires a degreed engineer, architect, or construction manager with 5+ years in A/E/C, or 10+ years in the industry. Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance and access military installations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of design and construction processes
• Familiarity with federal/state regulations and building codes
• Ability to coordinate with base contracting and planning teams
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave management of construction projects at Tinker AFB.
• Review plans and specs for compliance with applicable codes.
• Prepare documentation for solicitation and base contracting offices.
• Supervise project coordinators as needed.
• Coordinate field data gathering and conceptual scope development.
