Job summary

Tutor Perini Building Corp is seeking a Project Manager to join our Pocola, OK project. You will lead contract negotiations, manage client relationships, ensure cost and schedule objectives, and coordinate with subs and architects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience on large-building projects, with proficiency in MS Office and project controls tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of relevant estimating, project management and/or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Project Manager for building construction projects >$50M.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with Client/Owner, maintain relationships and resolve disputes.
• Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies.
• Develop cash flow projection with Project Controller.
• Approve Time and Material rates.
• Correspond with Client/Owner/Architect and Subcontractors.
• Review pay applications and approve subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and distribute delay notices and negotiate sub-contractor changes.
