Job summary

The CRA Officer at Itau US is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program, supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining effective CRA governance, regulatory compliance, examination readiness, performance monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities.

The role supports development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank's CRA framework, ensuring regulatory alignment and community development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the CRA, Regulation BB, and interagency CRA guidance.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into policies, controls, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day administrator of the Bank's CRA Program and support the CCO in governance, examination readiness, and CRA policies.
• Monitor and assess CRA performance across loans, investments, services, volunteering, and charitable contributions.
• Coordinate CRA eligibility, qualification analysis, and CRA-record maintenance, data integrity, and reporting.
• Coordinate CRA regulatory reviews, examinations, and supervisory responses.
