Job summary

BankFirst Financial Services in Tupelo, MS seeks a CRA Officer to manage the bank's Large Bank CRA Compliance Program, ensuring regulatory alignment and equitable credit access for LMI communities. Kadince and NContracts support analytics and mapping, while acting as the primary liaison for regulatory exams and partnerships.

You will drive lending analytics, optimize assessment areas, oversee data governance, and lead community development initiatives with market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years CRA experience at a Large Bank or equivalent at an Intermediate Bank.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, CRA monitoring software, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of Regulation BB, Fair Lending, Redlining; able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRA software (Kadince, NContracts) and perform spatial analytics and mapping.
• Review assessment areas; evaluate coverage and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare regulatory reports and filings; liaise with Compliance and Board.
• Lead community development initiatives and partner with market leadership.
• Coordinate outreach and training on CRA and Redlining; support exams.
