Job summary

MHI RJ Aviation Group is hiring a CR&O Manager to lead component repair operations at our Bridgeport, WV facility. You will be responsible for managing all repair work packages, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will serve as the primary customer contact for quotes, invoices and updates, coordinating with Planning, Invoicing and Materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing heavy maintenance or component repair.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (e.g., Part 91, 121, 135, 145).
• Working knowledge of EASA and environmental, health & safety rules.
• Proficiency with computerized aircraft maintenance documentation systems.
• Strong attention to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of all work packages to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead team to manage safety, quality, labor and production schedules.
• Serve as customer primary point-of-contact for quotes, invoices and updates; upsell additional work.
• Perform project management for 200 work packages per month, identify risks and constraints.
• Maintain schedule through delivery, monitor shop floor efficiency, and update daily status reports.
• Coordinate with Planning, Invoice Analysts and Materials on special programs.
• Review and sign final customer invoices, including margin analyses and warranty negotiations.
• Conduct post-work package activities and resolve customer issues after departure.
• Meet or exceed facility financial objectives and manage payments terms with customers.
