Job summary

Autoliv in Ogden, UT is seeking a Quality Management System Supervisor to lead the Customer Quality Management System (CQMS) and supervise CQMS personnel, ensuring alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

You will drive audits, document control, and continuous improvement, build strong customer relationships, and coach the team to resolve quality issues promptly, with relocation support and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality systems, quality auditing, manufacturing quality, or a related quality management function.
• Experience managing Customer Quality Management Systems (CQMS) and conducting internal, external, or customer quality audits.
• Strong customer-facing quality experience, including direct interaction with customers, customer quality representatives, and resolution of quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CQMS, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards.
• Serve as the primary customer quality liaison, building strong customer relationships, leading quality-related discussions, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and direction to CQMS personnel, including supervision, work prioritization, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Drive audit readiness and compliance activities, overseeing document control, quality records, management reviews, customer audits, and corrective action follow-up to maintain system effectiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance, reduce non-quality costs, strengthen process discipline, and enhance customer satisfaction.
