What you’ll do:

• Support and execute proactive and reactive quality improvement projects
• Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment
• Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms; conduct quality assurance tests; perform statistical analysis
• Create engineering documentation such as PPAP, control plans, inspection sheets, TPA, and test reports
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards
• Assist in design, material incoming inspection, production control, and reliability testing
• Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate good listening skills
• Apply knowledge of DOE and SPC concepts for process control
• Experience with SolidWorks & AutoCAD is a plus
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• Experience as a Quality Engineer preferred
