Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking a leader to drive Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement across programs in Chicago. You will guide data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program improvement and funder reporting.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with data systems (including Excel and Efforts-to-Outcomes), and the ability to manage a team of staff and interns. Onsite work at multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to think analytically and use data to drive actionable steps for compliance and program improvement.
• Advanced knowledge in data collection software, including Excel.
• Experience in evaluation, research, and/or data collection techniques.
• Sensitivity to diverse populations and strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Quality Improvement program across the agency.
• Supervise CQI staff and interns; hire, evaluate, and mentor.
• Train staff on data collection and reporting best practices.
• Partner with program leaders to drive operational excellence and reporting for grants.
