Job summary

SGA is seeking a data-driven leader in Chicago to head Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement efforts. This role supports program improvement, agency learning, and funder reporting with reliable data and actionable insights across programs.

You will supervise staff and interns, develop training, collaborate with program directors, manage data systems, and produce annual evaluation reports. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Health, Statistics, or related field preferred. (Master’s Degree Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge in data collection software, including Excel
• Experience in evaluation, research, and/or data collection techniques preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Quality Improvement team efforts to develop annual Program Evaluation Report.
• Support the creation of programmatic tools to support enrollment, performance, and compliance.
• Provide data reports for grant and proposal writing, grant compliance reports and agency annual report.
• Oversee data entry and management conducted by agency staff and provide feedback.
