Job summary

JCFS Chicago is seeking a Quality Improvement Associate to guide staff in data analysis, report writing, and evaluation. You will work in a hybrid role, two to three days weekly at the Elaine Kersten Children’s Center in Northbrook, IL, with occasional days at other JCFS locations.

Ideal candidates are strong with data, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly while working independently or with teams. New graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
• Strong organization, meeting facilitation, and written/oral communication.
• Experience with data collection, visualization, and data management principles.
• Intermediate Excel and Word; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, SurveyMonkey preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor CQI committees, improving plans and leadership.
• Extract data from client databases, develop models, review colleagues’ models.
• Aggregate data and write detailed reports for CQI committees.
• Conduct program specifications with agency programs and services.
• Actively participate in CQI committees and promote CQI principles.
• Assist with annual surveys, program evaluation, and grant reporting.
• Develop reports from data in multiple client information systems.
• Identify problems, test solutions, and propose data-informed steps.
• Support audits, accreditation, and training on outcome measurement tools.
• Represent JCFS and communicate progress and risks clearly.
