Job summary

Nightwing Security is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to support an SCI program at the Sterling, VA area facility. You will engage in security management, compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and sponsor policies, coordinating with government customers and internal teams.

The role requires US citizenship with Top-Secret SCI clearance plus polygraph, a related degree or equivalent experience, and a track record in personnel, physical/technical, or program security within fast-paced

Qualifications

• US citizenship with Top-Secret SCI clearance and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, plus 6 years of experience.
• Experience in Personnel/Security disciplines (Personnel, Physical/Technical, or Program Security).
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support security management of an SCI program in compliance with NISPOM and ICDs.
• Manage facility access, IDS, credentials, inspections, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with government customers, program management, and security counterparts.
