Job summary

Vantor seeks a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to serve as the primary security authority for one or more classified programs. You will implement security requirements, manage program risk, and enable mission success in collaboration with program leadership and government customers.

The ideal candidate has a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in security, and strong knowledge of NISPOM/ICD policies.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of security experience or master’s with 3+ years
• Knowledge of ICDs, NISPOM, EO CFRs and related security policies
• Experience administering SCI programs, personnel security, and visitor management
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of security for assigned classified programs in accordance with NISPOM, ICDs, and directives
• Oversee protection, accountability, transmission, and destruction of classified information
• Establish and maintain secure facilities and SCIF operations
• Develop and deliver security education, awareness, and briefings for cleared personnel
• Coordinate with government customers, FSOs, PMs, and IS security personnel to ensure compliance
• Conduct self-inspections, audits, and security assessments with corrective actions
