Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to develop, administer and audit security programs ensuring compliance with government regulations for classified materials and export-controlled data. The role involves supporting SAP, SCI, and DOD collateral programs, and coordinating with U.S.

Government customers to obtain approvals and rulings. The position requires a current Secret clearance with timely investigations and strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Current Secret security clearance with an investigation within 5 years and CE/CV enrollment.
• Ability to partner with internal and external customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations and protection of classified materials and export data.
• Supports SAP/SCI/DOD security requirements for programs and interfaces with U.S. Government customers.
• Prepares implementation manuals and establishes procedures for handling, storage, and access to classified materials.
• Investigates security violations and prepares preventive-action reports; communicates findings to leadership.
