Qualifications

• Illinois CPRS credential or state equivalent, or attainment within 12 months.
• Lived recovery experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of peer support or recovery coaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide recovery coaching and peer support to enrolled participants.
• Support participant engagement, retention, and warm handoffs between clinical and recovery supports.
• Assist participants with workforce readiness, employment navigation, and linkage to treatment, workforce, and community resources.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.
• Maintain participant contact records consistent with confidentiality requirements.
