Dove and Robin Recovery seeks a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (CPRS) in Cleveland, OH. You will provide peer-based support, lead individual and group sessions, and transport clients to recovery housing, the treatment center, and community meetings.

The role emphasizes using lived experience to inspire hope and promote belonging. Responsibilities include collaborating with the clinical team, monitoring progress, facilitating recovery activities, and connecting clients with community

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) or equivalent.
Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

Provide individual and group peer support services, sharing personal recovery experiences to inspire hope.
Transport clients safely between recovery housing, the treatment center, and external meetings.
Assist clients in navigating the recovery process with guidance and resources.
Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate peer support into treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and communicate concerns to the clinical team.
Facilitate recovery-related activities, meetings, and workshops.
Serve as a liaison to connect clients with 12-step programs and community resources.
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure confidentiality.
