The schedule includes DayTimeThur09:30 PM - 06:00 AM and Sun05:30 AM - 02:00 PM. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to claim additional shifts via the platform.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, and access points.
• Monitor and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization per site requirements.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and communicate information to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
