Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Bartender for our cafe to prepare cocktails and beverages, assist with food service, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area while adhering to alcohol serving laws.

You will follow recipes, check IDs, manage cash, keep supplies stocked, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Requires 1–2 years of bartending, High School Diploma or GED, and CPR/AED within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience
• Certified to serve alcohol
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to move about the cafe for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks with garnish as needed.
• Serves members and customers promptly, checks IDs, processes payments, answers questions.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and returns used dishware to bar/kitchen.
• Replenishes liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcohol ingredients; replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar’s cash register at end of shift
