Responsibilities

• Follow cocktail recipes and garnish drinks.
• Serve members promptly, verify ID, take payments.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and return used dishes.
• Restock liquors, wines, beer, and ingredients.
• Reconcile cash at end of shift.
