Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, with garnishes as needed.
• Serve members and guests promptly, verify IDs, handle payments, and answer questions.
• Keep bar area, furniture and equipment clean and sanitize.
• Restock liquors, wines, beer and non‑alcoholic ingredients; replace beer kegs.
• Balance and reconcile the bar’s cash register at shift end.
