Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a CPQ analyst to design, implement, and support Oracle CPQ solutions. You will work on integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and other systems, while guiding upgrades and new features.

The role requires a Master's degree (or equivalent) with CPQ experience and travel for global collaborations. This is a fully remote position with some domestic travel to HQ and international engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related.
• Two (2) years of experience in CPQ analysis or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in related field with five (5) years CPQ experience as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Answer functional/technical questions regarding Oracle CPQ.
• Perform functional testing of modifications.
• Research future CPQ releases and assist in rollouts.
• Collaborate with domestic and international CPQ users.
• Create and maintain setup and process documentation; perform user maintenance.
• Deliver report and dashboard support.
• Implement and maintain customer and partner communities.
• Design, develop, and implement CPQ solutions and integrations with Oracle CPQ and other systems.
• Configure CPQ features: rules, pricing, workflows, approvals, and quote management.
• Develop custom code and objects using BMQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
• Develop web service API integrations with Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot CPQ functionality and performance; provide user support.
• Document CPQ configuration and development standards; best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Managed services; drive technology initiatives; recommend solutions.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $166,000-$201,600 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with domestic as well as international CPQ users;

• Design, develop, and implement solutions and integrations with Oracle CPQ and other Sales and Marketing systems;
• Configure and customize CPQ features such as rules, recommendations, pricing, workflows, approvals, and quote management;
• Develop custom code and objects using the CPQ developer toolkit, such as BML, BMQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML;
• Develop web services API integrations with other systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS ERP, and related business applications;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle CPQ functionality and performance; Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders;
• Document and maintain Oracle CPQ configuration and development standards and best practices;
• Closely collaborate with Salesforce Managed services; Leverages skill and experience to drive technology initiatives that ensure maximum return on investment; and Recommend and design technology solutions that positively shape and influence business processes, recommending courses of action to drive change and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related
• Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of experience in CPQ analysis or consulting
• Alternative Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related and five (5) years of experience in CPQ analysis or consulting
• Special Skills: Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) designing and developing a quoting system in Oracle CPQ using BigMachines programming language, including BMQL, CSS, HTML, and APIs; 2) building integrations between Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CRM, Oracle Integration Cloud, and DocuSign; 3) researching upcoming Oracle CPQ releases and implementing new features while ensuring system upgrades proceed smoothly without disruptions; 4) creating custom configurations using the Oracle CPQ Configuration module, leveraging BOM concepts and rules; and 5) building custom user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning components, Lightning web components, and VisualForce Pages

Work arrangement

Fully remote work permitted as per company policy. Travel 5-8% of time, including 2-3 days to company HQ in Rosemont, IL; 1-2 days on average sometimes up to 1 week for domestic travel; 1 week at a time for international travel possibly 1-3 times per year to Spain/Germany/UK; purpose is to meet with colleagues, software testing and launches.

This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
