Salem Public Schools - Teaching and Learning in Salem, Massachusetts seeks a Commonwealth Preschool Partnership Initiative (CPPI) Grant Manager for internal candidates for SY 2026-2027. The role supports grant implementation, monitors compliance, and coordinates with district and partner leaders.

The position is part-time at $45 per hour, with a 34-week commitment (Nov 2–Jun 30). Requires 5–7 years in early childhood education and CPPI knowledge; on-site collaboration with families, schools and

Competenze

Must have 5–7 years experience in early childhood education
Deep understanding of the CPPI RFP and grant requirements
Must commit to coaching CPPI classrooms 5 days/week
Must commit to additional hours per week from Nov 2 to Jun 30 (34 weeks)

Mansioni

Collaborate with district, school and partner leaders
Support implementation of the district's early childhood plan/goals and the Salem PreK Partnership strategic plan
Disseminate relevant information to district staff, subcontracted partners and grant-funded programs
Support grant reporting requirements
Track and monitor grant priorities in partnership with D.E.E.
Assist with timely submission of required reports and compliance with grant deadlines
Support the Director of Early Education in planning and facilitating leadership teams
Support systems for screening children's development and health with clear referral processes
