Adams and Associates is hiring a CPP Coordinator in Brunswick, GA to deliver Career Preparation instruction and support. You will guide students in creating career plans, monitor progress, and help them transition to the Career Development Period.

This role requires a high school diploma with a potential degree; prior Job Corps or group facilitation experience is preferred. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and career mentorship.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent and valid in-state driver's license.
• Preferred degree from an accredited school and prior group facilitation or teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Career Preparation instruction, assess attendance and performance, and guide students through CPP requirements.
• Develop individualized career plans and document progress and engagement in CIS case management.
• Coordinate pre-arrival activities, onboarding, and center life rituals to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
• Maintain high-quality supervision, uphold integrity guidelines, and collaborate across departments.
