The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking a CPI Investigative Supervisor II in Kingsville to lead a team of investigators delivering child protective services. You will supervise investigators, manage caseloads, and ensure timely, accurate documentation of safety and risk assessments.

The role demands strong leadership, policy knowledge, and collaboration with courts and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus CPI/CPS experience or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPI/AR processes and child safety practice.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, risk, and permanency work for the unit daily.
• Provide staff coaching, performance reviews, and scheduling oversight.
• Review case readings and data to ensure timely contact and documentation.
• Ensure unit compliance with policy, procedures, and service controls.
• Engage with stakeholders to coordinate complex CPI cases.
